Paramind is an AI-powered educational support tool designed for paramedics and student paramedics in the United Kingdom.

Paramind is an educational tool only and is NOT a substitute for professional clinical judgment. Important points to understand:

• Users remain fully responsible for their own clinical decisions
• The Service should not be used for actual patient care decisions

4. AI Limitations and Accuracy

Paramind uses artificial intelligence which can and does make mistakes. By using this Service, you acknowledge and accept that:

• AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• The AI may misunderstand questions or provide responses that are not clinically appropriate
• Paramind does not provide treatment advice - for all treatment and management guidance, you must refer to your own JRCalc app and your Trust's clinical guidelines
• You are solely responsible for verifying any information provided by the Service before relying on it
• Paramind and its operators accept no responsibility or liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Any clinical decisions you make are entirely your own responsibility

5. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• No refunds are provided for partial months
